Required Skills
- Proven experience (2–4 years) in B2B sales, outbound prospecting or similar
- Experience using HubSpot or equivalent CRM
- Strong ability to qualify leads (BANT: Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline)
- Comfortable with cold calls, email outreach and high-volume activity
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work across regions and markets
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset and team player
- Fluent in English; additional languages a plus
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect new business opportunities from a defined target account list in collaboration with the sales team.
- Source and qualify leads using BANT methodology and engage prospects proactively.
- Follow up on inbound marketing leads and convert interest into meetings.
- Schedule and hand over qualified meetings/calls with prospective customers to sales executives.
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline of interested contacts.
- Work with Marketing to refine messaging, outreach campaigns and lead-gen playbook.
- Develop and execute scalable outreach strategies using HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email and calls.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing across regions (UK, EU, etc.) to drive business growth.
- Track and report on outreach metrics, pipeline health and meeting conversion rates.
- Energise and bring a positive spirit to the team, embracing the challenge of high-activity sales.
