Required Skills
- Strong consultative sales skills with experience selling complex, high-value solutions
- Solid understanding of AI, data and technology, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value
- Proven ability to engage and influence C-level and senior stakeholders
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, both verbal and written
- Strategic mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience building and maintaining long-term client relationships
- Ability to collaborate effectively with technical, product and delivery teams
- High level of ownership, initiative and commercial awareness
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage long-term client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor on AI and data strategy
- Identify and qualify business opportunities, translating client challenges into AI-driven solutions
- Lead the commercial sales cycle from first conversation to contract close
- Collaborate closely with AI engineers, product teams and delivery leads to shape high-impact proposals
- Drive account growth through upsell, cross-sell and strategic expansion
- Engage with C-level and senior stakeholders to align AI initiatives with business goals
- Own and coordinate proposals, pricing and negotiations
- Stay up to date with AI trends, market developments and competitive landscape
