Required Skills

  • Proven experience in field sales or business development
  • Strong cold-calling and prospecting abilities
  • Confident in managing the full sales cycle (from lead to close)
  • Fluent in Dutch and English (French is a plus)
  • Target-driven mindset with a hunter mentality
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Comfortable using CRM and sales tools (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Passion for the beauty, wellness, or tech industry

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach potential salon partners across the region
  • Conduct field visits and product demos to showcase Treatwell’s platform
  • Manage the full sales cycle — from prospecting and pitching to closing deals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new business clients
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and customer success teams to ensure smooth onboarding
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and activity goals
  • Provide market insights and feedback to help improve Treatwell’s product and strategy
