Key Responsibilities
- Onboarding: From the moment they decide to implement Eyk, you guide users towards driving quick and lasting value from the platform. You lay out the process of technical onboarding for them, handle any concerns they have and work closely with our tracking engineers to ensure optimal implementation.
- Support: You are the first point of contact for current and new Eyk users. Through our (AI supported) chat interface, email or digital meetings, you assure users through punctual and empathetic communication that their questions and requests are being handled with by the right engineers with the right amount of priority.
- Community & events: Beyond onboarding & support, you work closely with our founders to further develop our community of ambitious owners & operators, curating online chats and round tables and organizing inspiring and fun in-person events. All with the aim to enable our users to share knowledge and experiences beyond our platform.
- User driven product improvement: As one of our main points of contact with users, you act as a valuable source of input for product improvements and new roadmap items. Balancing user value with development capacity and modern UX with solid data approaches, you bring together different disciplines seamlessly.
- Partner success: In a market where e-commerce marketing & development agencies play a key role, you act as an enabler to all Eyk partners. Sharing knowledge, managing relationships and bringing people together, you expand our network of value-adding partners step by step together with our founders.
