Required Skills
- 5+ years experience building B2B SaaS products
- Demonstrated UX craft: flows, wireframes, journey maps, micro-interactions
- Strong visual design skills: layout, typography, spacing, states
- Proficient in React, Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS
- Accessibility mindset: ARIA, keyboard navigation, semantic markup
- Experience in data visualization (time series, large datasets)
- Product mindset, comfortable with ambiguity and trade-offs
- Excellent communicative & collaborative skills in startup environments
Key Responsibilities
- Co-lead product design: define UX flows, architecture, interaction patterns
- Create pixel-precise UI in Figma and evolve the design system
- Build prototypes (in Figma and code) to validate UX and feasibility
- Implement front-end in React / Next.js with accessible & responsive UI
- Design & implement intuitive charts using eCharts or Recharts
- Maintain quality: performance, accessibility, cross-browser support
- Collaborate with founders, data scientists & backend engineers
- Align design and engineering to ship high-impact features
