Required Skills
- 7+ years hands-on experience as Cloud/DevOps Engineer
- Expertise in AWS compute, storage, networking, IAM, RDS, ECS/ECR, monitoring
- Infrastructure as Code experience
- Automation and scripting (Shell required; Python optional)
- Security, disaster recovery, and cost management experience
- AWS Certified DevOps Engineer or willing to obtain
- Strong English, Dutch is a plus
- Agile/Scrum familiarity preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Cloud Infrastructure team and coach members
- Maintain and develop cloud platform infrastructure
- Implement Infrastructure as Code solutions and automation
- Ensure platform reliability, scalability, and security
- Translate infrastructure roadmap into working solutions
- Collaborate closely with developers and management
- Propose and implement technical improvements
- Monitor performance and cost efficiency of AWS resources
- Support continuous deployment and DevOps culture
