We're currently looking for a dynamic Lead Digital Project Manager to join our project management team. We're looking for someone who can oversee the successful execution of intricate creative projects, with a key emphasis on the design and development of expansive online platforms.

As our Lead Digital Project Manager you'll be the driving force behind one of our larger projects from inception to completion. Your exceptional communication and decision-making skills will harmonize your team, ensuring your project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard. You'll also act as a trusted advisor to your client, addressing their needs and identifying opportunities for growth.

Vereiste vaardigheden

8-10 years' experience as a senior or lead digital producer / senior project manager in a creative agency or IT organization, focusing on the design and development of large online platforms.
Possess a recognized PM certification such as PMP, Prince2, or an equivalent.
Demonstrated academic background or a strong inclination towards analytical, structured, and research-driven thinking, ensuring a meticulous and systematic approach to tasks and projects.
Proven ability to manage a variety of project budgets and scopes, including Time and Material, Fixed Fee projects, Retainers, and more.
Proven ability to manage a large team of creatives, strategists, researchers, designers, developers, motion designers, copywriters etc.
Confidence in managing projects with financial responsibilities between €500k to €1 million.
Ability to drive long-term projects, maintaining momentum and team engagement over extended periods.
Proficiency in turning detailed client briefs into comprehensive project plans.
Familiarity with various project management methodologies used in website development, such as Scrum, Waterfall, Hybrid, and Kanban, or other approaches.
Experience in fostering integrated client teams, promoting effective communication and collaborative workflows.
