Required Skills
- Proven outbound or sales development experience – ideally 1–4 years in B2B enterprise outbound, sales development, or strategy consulting within a SaaS or tech environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills – able to craft clear, persuasive outreach messages and communicate confidently with prospects
- High level of self-motivation and independence – comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and pipeline management skills – capable of maintaining an accurate CRM pipeline and documenting every interaction
- Genuine interest in technology, AI, and strategic intelligence – able to clearly communicate product value and refine outreach based on real conversations
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively conduct outbound outreach – engage prospects through cold emails, LinkedIn messages, and calls targeting the company’s Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs)
- Craft persuasive messaging – clearly communicate why AI-driven trend intelligence matters and how Trendtracker helps organizations stay ahead
- Qualify leads and book discovery calls – assess fit, gauge interest, and connect high-potential prospects with senior sales teams
- Maintain and document pipelines – keep CRM and outreach tools organized with accurate interaction records and next steps
- Collaborate cross-functionally – work closely with marketing and product teams to refine outreach strategies, target profiles, and messaging based on real prospect feedback
