Required Skills
- Fluent in German and English (Dutch is a plus)
- Strong analytical and critical thinking
- Proactive, structured and accurate working style
- Patient, solution-focused communication
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (HBO/WO level)
Key Responsibilities
- Handling support requests via email, phone and sometimes meetings
- First-line analysis and solving requests (Zendesk ticket system, JIRA issue reporting)
- Involving other teams for complex cases (SLA support)
- Testing and questioning reported issues before escalation
- Using AI-based features to optimize the support experience
- Suggesting improvements for manuals and internal processes
