Introduction

Survalyzer is a European SaaS company for high-end survey and data analysis software. For our office in Utrecht, we are looking for a Customer Success Specialist who thinks critically, analyses problems in depth and likes to work with modern tools and AI.

Do you like to go beyond standard support replies and track down the real root cause of a problem? Then the Customer Success Specialist role is a good fit. You are in touch with clients who vary from very experienced
users with complex and technical questions to people who are new to the software. Understanding our clients’ goals is an important aspect of the role.

About the role

Required Skills

  • Fluent in German and English (Dutch is a plus)
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking
  • Proactive, structured and accurate working style
  • Patient, solution-focused communication
  • Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (HBO/WO level)

Key Responsibilities

  • Handling support requests via email, phone and sometimes meetings
  • First-line analysis and solving requests (Zendesk ticket system, JIRA issue reporting)
  • Involving other teams for complex cases (SLA support)
  • Testing and questioning reported issues before escalation
  • Using AI-based features to optimize the support experience
  • Suggesting improvements for manuals and internal processes
