About the role

Required Skills

  • 2–4 years of experience in sales, business development, account

management, or influencer marketing (preferably in an agency or tech‐driven environment). 

  • Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and the creator economy.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • As this is a Dutch-speaking role, fluency in Dutch and English is essential. Additional European languages such as French or German are a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business growth by identifying, reaching out to, and converting potential brand partners, while managing a healthy sales pipeline to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies and joint business plans that align with client objectives, KPIs, and long‐term growth opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver tailored proposals, presentations, and demos to prospective partners, leading negotiations and ensuring effective execution of contracts.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with new and existing partners to ensure project success, upsell opportunities, and long‐term satisfaction.
  • Collaborate cross‐functionally with internal teams to implement partnership strategies and optimize program infrastructure.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities, refine offerings, and stay ahead in the influencer marketing space.
  • Prepare post‐campaign reports and performance insights that feed into continuous improvement, retention strategies, and future growth plans.
