Account Executive - French Market

Introduction

CheckHub is looking for an ambitious Account Executive to build and grow its presence in the French market. As the first dedicated sales professional for France, you will take full ownership of new business development, from prospecting and discovery to product demonstrations, negotiation, and closing.

This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in France. You will target staffing companies, HR organizations, and large employers looking to simplify and automate document-heavy onboarding processes. With a proven SaaS platform, strong customer references, and direct access to the CRO and leadership team, you will have the opportunity to shape the French go-to-market strategy and make a direct impact on CheckHub’s international growth.

About the role

Benefits

  • A competitive base salary of €50,000 to €65,000
  • Uncapped commission based on signed ARR

Required Skills

  • 3–8 years of B2B sales experience, ideally within SaaS, HR tech, staffing, payroll, onboarding, or compliance solutions
  • Proven track record in new business development and closing deals above €30,000 ACV
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles of 3 to 9 months
  • Strong consultative selling, discovery, and product demonstration skills
  • Ability to navigate multi-stakeholder buying processes involving HR, IT, procurement, and senior management
  • Strong negotiation and commercial proposal skills, including volume-based pricing
  • Ability to build a new market independently and develop a structured outbound strategy
  • Experience with MEDDIC, SPICED, or a similar sales methodology
  • Native-level French and fluent English
  • Strong communication, resilience, ownership, and entrepreneurial drive

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and grow CheckHub’s presence in the French market
  • Identify and target staffing companies, HR organizations, and large employers
  • Develop and execute a structured outbound sales strategy
  • Generate pipeline through LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold email, networking, and inbound leads
  • Conduct discovery calls and identify document, onboarding, and compliance challenges
  • Deliver tailored product demonstrations to prospective customers
  • Build ROI-based business cases and commercial proposals
  • Manage volume-based pricing, contract negotiations, and deal closing
  • Own the full sales cycle, typically lasting 3 to 9 months
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting information in the CRM
  • Represent CheckHub at relevant HR and staffing industry events
  • Share market insights, customer feedback, and competitor intelligence internally
  • Contribute to the French go-to-market strategy
  • Ensure a smooth handover of new customers to the Customer Success team
