- Strong prospecting & outbound sales skills
- Full-cycle sales experience (discovery → close)
- Excellent communication & presentation skills

- Structured, data-driven way of working (CRM discipline)
Key Responsibilities
- Building and managing your own sales pipeline (from prospecting to close)
- Identifying and engaging new business opportunities through outbound efforts
- Running discovery calls to understand client needs and challenges
- Delivering product demos and presenting tailored solutions
- Leading negotiations and closing deals to hit revenue targets
- Managing multiple stakeholders throughout the sales process
- Maintaining accurate CRM data and a structured, data-driven workflow
- Collaborating with marketing and customer success for smooth handovers
Ownership / You get full responsibility over your deals and real impact on growth
