Required Skills
- Sterke prospecting- en outbound salesvaardigheden
- Ervaring met full-cycle sales (van discovery tot closing)
- Uitstekende communicatie- en presentatievaardigheden
- Commerciële mindset en onderhandelingsvaardigheden
- Stakeholdermanagement op verschillende niveaus
- Hoge mate van eigenaarschap en een proactieve (self-starter) mentaliteit
- Veerkracht en het vermogen om onder targets te presteren
- Gestructureerde, data-gedreven manier van werken (CRM-discipline)
Key Responsibilities
- Opbouwen en beheren van je eigen salespipeline (van prospecting tot closing)
- Identificeren en benaderen van nieuwe businesskansen via outbound activiteiten
- Voeren van discovery calls om klantbehoeften en uitdagingen in kaart te brengen
- Geven van productdemo’s en presenteren van op maat gemaakte oplossingen
- Leiden van onderhandelingen en closen van deals om omzetdoelstellingen te behalen
- Managen van meerdere stakeholders gedurende het salesproces
- Bijhouden van nauwkeurige CRM-data en werken volgens een gestructureerde, data-gedreven aanpak
- Samenwerken met marketing en customer success voor een soepele overdracht
