You’ll manage relationships, drive satisfaction and growth with existing accounts, and support partners in delivering value through our SaaS-based contact center solution, CC4Teams.

Required Skills

  • Experience as an Account Manager or in a similar commercial role, preferably with SaaS-based communication solutions
  • Partner channel experience is required
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts while maintaining strong attention to detail
  • Fluent in English; German and/or French is a strong plus
  • Proactive, relationship-driven, and eager to grow in an international environment

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for CC4ALL’s direct customers, ensuring satisfaction and identifying upsell opportunities.
  • Maintain and expand relationships with distributors and resellers, helping them deliver value to end customers.
  • Support partners with strategic and large-scale deals.
  • Assist partner directors with onboarding new distributors and resellers.
