Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in consulting or software, with a focus on Financial Services
- Strong network and industry knowledge within banking, insurance or fintech
- Experience with consultative and complex solution selling
- Ability to build trusted relationships with C-level stakeholders
- Strong understanding of technology, data and AI
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English
- Analytical, proactive and comfortable taking ownership
- Master’s degree in business or a related field
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing
- Identify new business opportunities within Financial Services
- Build strong relationships with banks, insurers, fintechs and industry partners
- Understand client challenges and translate them into tailored AI solutions
- Co-create proposals and commercial offers with Advisory and Delivery teams
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and C-level executives
- Grow and nurture key client accounts
- Represent ML6 at industry events and relevant business networks
- Collaborate with marketing on brand awareness and lead-generation campaigns
