Required Skills

  • Strong consultative sales skills with experience selling complex, high-value solutions
  • Solid understanding of AI, data and technology, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value
  • Proven ability to engage and influence C-level and senior stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, both verbal and written
  • Strategic mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience building and maintaining long-term client relationships
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with technical, product and delivery teams
  • High level of ownership, initiative and commercial awareness

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify new business opportunities: gain a deep understanding of your vertical and develop relations with partners, the local ecosystem and business networks to discover new business opportunities and generate leads
  • Develop client relationships and retain them: engage with prospects and clients to understand their needs and formulate solutions
  • Co-create proposals, prepare commercial offers together with our Advisory & Delivery and Alliances team
  • Act as a trusted advisor on key client accounts and manage and nurture the relationship: work with clients on a strategic level to identify how we can best support them in realizing their ambitions and accelerating their innovation roadmap
  • Represent ML6 at local events and inspire (potential) customers, candidates and advocates with our content, ideas and insights as a speaker
  • Work with our marketing and lead generation team to set up brand awareness and lead generation campaigns for your vertical
