Required Skills
- 2–5 years experience as AI Engineer, ML Engineer, or Software Engineer with AI focus
- Strong interest in AI, GenAI, and intelligent systems
- Experience with LLM-based applications (chatbots, AI assistants, etc.)
- Background in Computer Science, AI, or related field (Bachelor or Master preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Experience working in SaaS or product-driven environments
- Ability to take ownership and work independently in a fast-paced team
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and improve AI-powered features within the Polpo platform
- Build and enhance conversational AI assistants and GenAI applications
- Contribute to AI strategy and technical direction of the product
- Design and implement scalable and reliable AI systems
- Collaborate with engineers and product teams to ship features to production
- Experiment with new AI technologies and apply them in real-world use cases
- Optimize AI performance, scalability, and reliability
- Work on integrations between AI models and backend systems
- Improve existing AI and software infrastructure
