Their product combines a powerful Property Management System (PMS), a headless CMS, and an integration layer that connects bookings, operations, guest data, and third-party systems. Operating in around 14 countries, they focus on delivering one scalable, standardized platform without custom solutions per client.

Required Skills
- 3+ years experience in software or platform engineering
- Experience with AWS or similar cloud platforms (GCP is a plus)
- Strong knowledge of Terraform (Infrastructure-as-Code)
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation
- Experience with monitoring tools (e.g. New Relic, Honeybadger, CloudWatch)
- Understanding of scalable backend systems
- Experience in SaaS or product-driven environments
- Strong ownership mindset and ability to work independently
- Ability to design and maintain reliable systems
- Experience with security, reliability and performance best practices
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP)
- Improve CI/CD pipelines for fast and safe deployments
- Develop and manage Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform
- Monitor system performance, reliability and uptime
- Optimize platform scalability as user and data volume grows
- Collaborate with engineering teams to align platform and development needs
- Detect, analyze and resolve incidents structurally
- Improve developer experience across the platform team
- Contribute to architecture decisions and long-term technical strategy
- Ensure security, compliance and reliability standards
