Required Skills
- 5+ years of relevant experience in AI, software engineering or product development
- Proven experience building and shipping production-grade AI products
- Deep understanding of LLMs and agentic workflows
- Strong experience with Python and modern AI tooling
- Experience building scalable AI systems
- Commercial mindset and business understanding
- Strong architectural decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently without detailed roadmaps
- Entrepreneurial and ownership mentality
- Excellent communication skills in English

- Build and deploy AI products from idea to production
- Develop agentic AI systems that create measurable business impact
- Identify opportunities across pricing, procurement and operations
- Build AI workflows that increase efficiency and revenue
- Design scalable AI architecture and infrastructure
- Work directly with founders and business leaders
- Own the complete product lifecycle from concept to deployment
- Experiment rapidly and ship production-ready solutions
- Translate business problems into AI applications
