Required Skills

  • Data-driven mindset with strong grasp of growth metrics and KPIs
  • Experience running A/B tests and growth experiments end-to-end
  • Skilled in paid acquisition via Meta, Google, LinkedIn, or similar
  • Solid understanding of funnels, conversion, and user behavior
  • Strong copywriting skills for ads, emails and landing pages
  • Familiar with tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar
  • Proactive, self-starting attitude – test, learn, improve
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch and optimize data-driven growth campaigns across paid and organic channels
  • Set up and run A/B tests on landing pages, ads and user flows
  • Track performance metrics (CAC, CPM, CTR, ROAS) and report actionable insights
  • Collaborate with content, product and sales to align messaging and funnels
  • Own the full experimentation loop: ideation, execution, analysis, iteration
  • Continuously improve conversion rates across the user journey
  • Contribute to the broader growth strategy and help identify new opportunities
  • Stay sharp on trends in growth, SaaS, and performance marketing
