Growth Marketing Manager – Europe

As Growth Marketing Manager – Europe, you will play a pivotal role in driving pipeline growth and expanding CameraMatics’ presence across key European markets. This is a highly cross-functional role where you will work closely with Sales, SDRs, and Product teams to design and execute targeted campaigns.
You will operate as a regional marketing lead, owning localisation strategies, field marketing initiatives, and event-driven growth across markets such as the Netherlands and Spain.
This is a high-impact opportunity for a hands-on marketer who thrives in a scale-up environment and wants to build, own, and scale marketing in Europe.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise tech marketing 
  • Experience with field marketing and ABM/ABX strategies 
  • Strong understanding of enterprise buying cycles
  • Experience working closely with Sales and SDR teams
  • Proficiency with tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, and intent platforms 
  • Strong analytical and reporting capabilities
  • Excellent project management and organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently in a regional role 
  • Experience in SaaS, telematics, mobility, or related industries is a plus
  • Business level Spanish is a big plus 

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and execute the European regional marketing strategy
  • Drive pipeline growth through multi-channel campaigns and ABM programs
  • Localise global campaigns for European markets (NL, Spain, future EU expansion) 
  • Plan and execute events, trade shows, and field marketing initiatives
  • Collaborate with Sales, SDRs, and Product Marketing teams
  • Build and manage campaign calendars, briefs, and timelines
  • Track and optimise full-funnel performance (pipeline to revenue)
  • Develop messaging and outreach materials for sales enablement
  • Lead social growth and brand visibility, especially on LinkedIn
  • Continuously optimise campaigns based on ROI and data insights
