Required Skills
- Aantoonbare ervaring in sales management binnen FX of cross-border financial services
- Sterke commerciële achtergrond met bewezen individuele salesprestaties
- Ervaring met het coachen, trainen en ontwikkelen van salesteams
- Uitstekende communicatieve en leiderschapsvaardigheden
- Strategisch inzicht in internationale financiële producten en markten
- Sterke onderhandelingsvaardigheden op senior niveau binnen het MKB-segment
- Relevante ervaring binnen financiële dienstverlening (netwerk is een pré)
- Vloeiende beheersing van Nederlands en Engels
Key Responsibilities
- Leidinggeven aan een FX-salesteam en het stellen van hoge prestatienormen
- Coachen, trainen en ontwikkelen van teamleden in hun commerciële en professionele groei
- Zelf actief pitchen en closen van deals via meetings en calls
- Beheren van klantrelaties tijdens onboarding en eerste transacties
- Opstellen van nauwkeurige sales forecasts en rapportages
- Implementeren van regionale sales- en trainingsprogramma’s
- Bewaken van salesmethodologie en administratieve processen
- Betrokkenheid bij recruitment, onboarding en training van nieuwe collega’s
