Introduction
Working directly with the founding team, you will help rebuild the core technology behind an international e-commerce platform operating across 14 markets. You will take ideas from the first business case through to launch, measure what they deliver and decide where to focus next. It is a role for an experienced builder who enjoys freedom, moves quickly and takes responsibility for the result.

Required Skills
- Proven hands-on experience building and shipping production AI or software systems used by real users.
- Strong knowledge of LLMs, agentic workflows and modern AI infrastructure.
- Ability to define a business case before building and measure the impact after launch.
- Strong product judgement, with an understanding of user needs and technical trade-offs.
- Confidence working independently on open-ended problems with limited process.
- An entrepreneurial mindset; personal projects, tools or products are a plus.
- Comfort working in an ambitious environment where speed, ownership and results matter.
- Availability to work full-time from the Rotterdam office, five days per week.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify business opportunities where AI or software can create measurable value.
- Build and deploy systems for dynamic pricing and margin optimisation.
- Develop agentic workflows for supplier selection, procurement and quality management.
- Automate customer journeys, from product configuration to post-delivery support.
- Build intelligent content and SEO infrastructure at platform scale.
- Develop predictive solutions for demand and inventory across the supplier network.
- Create internal tools that help other teams work more effectively.
- Measure the revenue, cost and customer impact of the solutions you deliver.
- Set priorities independently and take ownership of delivery, iteration and results.
