Required Skills
- 7+ years of experience in tech or consultancy delivering large, complex software or data projects
- Deep passion and knowledge of Generative AI, conversational AI, and agentic systems
- Strong understanding of customer journeys and enterprise technology landscapes
- Strategic mindset bridging technical solutions with business value
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical teams and C‑level stakeholders
- Exceptional conflict resolution skills
- Proactive leadership with ownership of teams and domains
- Strong communication skills in English (additional languages like Dutch or German are a plus)
Key Responsibilities
- Drive CX domain strategy and investment decisions across the customer lifecycle.
- Act as a technical differentiator in pre‑sales and client conversations to win large deals.
- Lead or advise on high‑impact, complex projects from ideation to delivery.
- Build reusable components and foster knowledge sharing across projects.
- Support project teams in overcoming technical, functional, and organizational challenges.
- Motivate teams, ensure clear communication, and align efforts with strategic goals.
- Provide technical and functional guidance to tech leads and cross‑functional stakeholders.
- Operate as a thought leader internally and externally, sharing expertise and accelerating domain knowledge.
