Their product combines a powerful Property Management System (PMS), a headless CMS, and an integration layer that connects bookings, operations, guest data, and third-party systems. Operating in around 14 countries, they focus on delivering one scalable, standardized platform without custom solutions per client.

Required Skills
- WO working and thinking level
- Minimum 5 years software engineering experience
- Strong experience with Ruby, Python or JavaScript
- Experience building AI/ML or data-driven systems
- Strong engineering fundamentals (APIs, architecture, systems design)
- SaaS product experience preferred
- Ability to prototype quickly and iterate
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in complex systems
- English fluency required
- Hybrid office presence (Enschede / Zwolle region)
Key Responsibilities
- Design and build AI-driven features within the platform
- Develop prototypes and MVPs for new AI use cases
- Translate AI concepts into scalable production features
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Designers
- Work across backend, data, and product layers
- Experiment rapidly and validate solutions with users
- Improve existing systems using machine learning and automation
- Contribute to technical architecture and system design
- Ensure AI features are reliable, scalable, and user-friendly
