Required Skills
● You are a natural networker with an innate ability to connect people and build
sustainable relationships.
● You have a deep interest in and enjoy mastering new technologies (VR/AR).
● You are fluent in English and German OR English and French. Knowledge of another
European language (Dutch, Spanish) is a major plus.
● You have experience in team management.
● You have at least 5–8 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in an
international or B2B technical environment.
● You are willing to travel regularly (approximately 20–30% of the time) to support local
teams and visit strategic clients.
● You have strong ambition and a focus on growth and results.
Key Responsibilities
As Sales Director, your primary task is to stimulate sales and realize significant growth within each region, in close consultation with management. This includes:
● Leadership: Leading, managing, and coaching the sales teams to achieve individual and collective targets and develop their skills.
● Strategy and Execution: Developing the sales strategy for Europe & Globally and running overarching sales campaigns.
● Market Expansion: Actively following up on leads and continuously expanding and
managing our client base.
● Client Engagement: Maintaining relationships with key accounts and providing expertise and solutions.
You will receive weekly product and sales training to position yourself as an expert in the field of VR/AR.
VR Expert is characterized by a young, diverse, and ambitious culture with over 10 nationalities.
The atmosphere is informal, but our ambitions are grand. You will be based at our headquarters in Utrecht, where you will take on a crucial role within the international Sales Team, which is divided by region.
You will work closely with your international colleagues to conquer the market.
