Senior Account Executive - DACH

Introduction

With strong roots in the Netherlands and a growing international footprint, the company is scaling rapidly in the DACH region, where demand for its SAP S/4HANA-based solutions is booming.

As Senior Account Executive DACH, you will play a key role in driving new business and expanding FIT Global’s presence across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. You will work closely with SAP, partners, and senior stakeholders in complex enterprise environments, selling high-impact solutions that optimize fleet, equipment, and rental operations.

This is a high-value, consultative sales role where deal sizes range from €40K to multi-million euro enterprise contracts. You will directly contribute to transforming FIT Global into a leading license-driven SAP ecosystem partner in Europe.

About the role

Required Skills

  • Minimum 5+ years experience in enterprise software or IT sales
  • Proven track record in complex B2B sales cycles (6–12 months)
  • Fluent German and English (German mandatory)
  • Strong experience in consultative selling
  • Experience selling SAP-related or enterprise software solutions (strong plus)
  • Deep understanding of the DACH enterprise market
  • Ability to engage C-level and senior decision-makers
  • Experience managing CRM and structured sales pipelines 

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business development across the DACH region
  • Manage full enterprise sales cycle from lead generation to closing
  • Build and maintain relationships with C-level stakeholders
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities in existing accounts
  • Collaborate with SAP and implementation partners on joint deals
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management in CRM
  • Achieve and exceed sales and license revenue targets
  • Position FIT Global’s SAP-based solutions in complex enterprise environments
  • Contribute to strategic growth of the DACH market
