Required Skills

  • 3–5 years of experience in software support or implementation (preferably SaaS)
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Teams, Azure, or Unified Communications platforms
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
  • Experience with ticketing tools (e.g., TopDesk)
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Customer-oriented mindset with strong ownership
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Knowledge of PowerShell or contact center flows is a plus

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide 2nd-line support to partners and customers across global SaaS environments
  • Diagnose and resolve incidents within agreed SLAs
  • Collaborate with development teams (Romania) for escalations
  • Proactively monitor, document, and improve system performance
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and documentation
  • Support presales or implementation efforts with technical input
  • Participate in 24/7 on-call rotations, with fair compensation
  • Communicate effectively with partners to ensure smooth resolution of complex issues
