Required Skills
- 3–5 years of experience in software support or implementation (preferably SaaS)
- Familiarity with Microsoft Teams, Azure, or Unified Communications platforms
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Experience with ticketing tools (e.g., TopDesk)
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Customer-oriented mindset with strong ownership
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Knowledge of PowerShell or contact center flows is a plus
Key Responsibilities
- Provide 2nd-line support to partners and customers across global SaaS environments
- Diagnose and resolve incidents within agreed SLAs
- Collaborate with development teams (Romania) for escalations
- Proactively monitor, document, and improve system performance
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and documentation
- Support presales or implementation efforts with technical input
- Participate in 24/7 on-call rotations, with fair compensation
- Communicate effectively with partners to ensure smooth resolution of complex issues
