Required Skills

  • 7–10+ years experience as a high-performing sales leader in a digital or scale-up environment
  • Hands-on outbound / hunting experience (scaling outbound sales)
  • Strategic, structured, and rigorous thinking with strong execution skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable with growth, ambiguity, and building from early stages
  • Team leadership and development: hiring, onboarding, coaching SDRs/AEs across different markets
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration (with Ops, Marketing, Customer Success)
  • Excellent work ethic and accountability — delivering results under pressure
  • Fluent in English + French or Dutch (French native is a strong plus)

Key Responsibilities

  • Leiden van de inbound en outbound sales teams in alle markten (BE/FR/NL)
  • Opbouwen en opschalen van een high-performing salesorganisatie (werving, onboarding, mentoring van SDRs, AEs en interns)
  • Opzetten van de juiste salesrituelen, processen en tools om een sterke salescultuur te bevorderen
  • Ontwikkelen en optimaliseren van outboundstrategieën (incl. ICP-definitie, prospectie, messaging, automatisering) met als doel het aantal afspraken per AE significant te verhogen
  • Samenwerken met Ops, Marketing en Customer Success om processen te stroomlijnen, samenwerking te verbeteren en omzetimpact te maximaliseren
  • Deel uitmaken van het executive team, meedenken over de bedrijfsstrategie en direct rapporteren aan de CEO
