Account Executive

Introduction

This is a high-impact role where you'll own the full sales cycle and help shape our future go-to-market approach. You'll be working closely with Marketing, Product, and our stakeholders to bring in customers who get real value from what we do.

Required Skills

  • Have 3–5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, ideally in a mid-market or enterprise setting.
  • Are based in the Netherlands and speak Dutch and English fluently
  • Are confident selling early-stage, fast-evolving products
  • Are consultative, curious, and good at simplifying complex solutions
  • Are self-motivated, accountable, and not afraid to roll up your sleeves

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the entire sales process — from discovery call to close
  • Lead consultative conversations with HR, Procurement, and Fleet decision-makers
  • Tailor demos that speak to actual pains (not just run through a slide deck)
  • Collaborate with Marketing on outreach and campaigns
  • Share actionable feedback with Product to shape the roadmap
  • Help refine our sales process as we grow
