Required Skills
- Have 3–5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, ideally in a mid-market or enterprise setting.
- Are based in the Netherlands and speak Dutch and English fluently
- Are confident selling early-stage, fast-evolving products
- Are consultative, curious, and good at simplifying complex solutions
- Are self-motivated, accountable, and not afraid to roll up your sleeves
Key Responsibilities
- Own the entire sales process — from discovery call to close
- Lead consultative conversations with HR, Procurement, and Fleet decision-makers
- Tailor demos that speak to actual pains (not just run through a slide deck)
- Collaborate with Marketing on outreach and campaigns
- Share actionable feedback with Product to shape the roadmap
- Help refine our sales process as we grow
