About the role
Benefits
- 36-hour workweek with every other Friday off (no salary reduction)
- Hybrid working model (3 days per week in the Rotterdam office)

- Minimum of 5 weeks paid vacation, with flexibility to take more if needed
- Salary range €60,000 – €100,000 gross per year + bonus (70/30 structure)
- Quarterly offsites in the Netherlands or abroad for planning and team building
- Key role with strong ownership and influence in a growing scale-up
Required Skills
- Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales
- Proven experience closing deals and managing full sales cycles
- Fluent in Dutch and English
- Strong experience in outbound prospecting and pipeline generation
- Experience with complex, multi-stakeholder and consultative sales processes
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tooling
- Experience with qualification frameworks such as MEDDICC (preferred)
- Affinity with data-driven or analytics solutions (preferred)
- Interest in sustainability, circular economy, or ESG
- Entrepreneurial, hands-on, and self-driven mindset
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end sales cycles from prospecting to closing
- Build and maintain a healthy outbound pipeline
- Sell to mid-sized and large enterprises with complex decision structures
- Collaborate closely with Marketing on campaigns, ICP, and lead follow-up
- Translate customer needs into clear business cases and ROI
- Represent geoFluxus at industry events and conferences
- Work with Customer Success, Data Delivery, and Engineering to ensure strong outcomes
- Define and improve sales processes, funnel management, and reporting
- Gather market insights and contribute to commercial strategy
- Support future hiring, onboarding, and coaching of sales team members
