Inbound Account Executive

Introduction

As an Inbound Sales Account Executive at LIZY, you’ll help build the future of digital car leasing in France. Instead of cold prospecting, you’ll work with hot inbound leads from freelancers and SMEs who are already exploring smarter, faster and more flexible leasing solutions. You’ll own the full sales journey, from first contact to signed deal, advising founders, CEOs, CFOs and business owners on the right mobility solution. This is a role for someone with commercial drive, strong French communication skills and the ambition to grow inside a fast-scaling, well-funded start-up that is disrupting a €70B industry.

Required Skills

  • You communicate fluently in French and can build trust quickly with freelancers, SMEs and entrepreneurs.
  • You have at least 1 year of B2B sales experience, ideally in a tech, start-up or scale-up environment.
  • You can qualify inbound leads quickly and understand their needs, urgency and commercial potential.
  • You know how to sell consultatively and advise CEOs, CFOs, HR managers and business owners on the right solution.
  • You are strong at closing and can guide a hot lead from first contact to signed deal.
  • You bring commercial drive, target focus and the energy to perform in a fast-growing scale-up

Key Responsibilities

  • You will follow up with hot inbound leads from freelancers, SMEs and entrepreneurs who are already interested in LIZY’s leasing solutions.
  • You will qualify each lead by understanding their needs, timing, budget, decision process and commercial potential.
  • You will advise different stakeholders, such as CEOs, CFOs, HR managers and business owners, on the best mobility solution for their company.
  • You will manage the full sales process from first contact to signed deal and guide customers toward ordering their first cars with LIZY.
  • You will build and grow a client portfolio in the French market by converting inbound demand into long-term customers.
  • You will develop strong knowledge of car leasing, mobility trends and LIZY’s product so you can act as a trusted expert for customers.
