Key Responsibilities
- You will manage a portfolio of restaurant clients and ensure they get maximum value from the Zenchef platform.
- You will support new customers during onboarding and help them get up and running smoothly.
- You will identify opportunities to upsell or expand accounts based on client needs.
- You will act as the main point of contact for your clients, maintaining strong and trusted relationships.
- You will collaborate closely with internal teams to relay customer feedback and improve the product.
- You will help drive customer satisfaction and retention by delivering top-tier support and guidance.
