Required Skills
- 2–4 years of experience as a Software Engineer
- Strong experience with C# / .NET
- HBO or WO degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or similar
- Backend-focused mindset
- Experience working on and improving existing production systems
- Knowledge of automated testing (unit, integration, component)
- Strong analytical and structured working style
- Ability to work independently and research solutions
- Comfortable working with Git
- Fluent in English and based in the Netherlands (with valid work permit)
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and improve the Exchange Connector product
- Take ownership of a critical backend product
- Implement and improve automated testing
- Ensure performance, reliability, and scalability of systems
- Research technical challenges and translate them into solutions
- Gradually take ownership of Outlook integrations
- Collaborate closely with the founder and small dev team
- Contribute to product and technical strategy
- Build new features and functionalities
- Work on secure, privacy-focused software solutions
