Today, partner responsibilities are spread across multiple teams. As Partner Manager, you will bring structure, accountability, and performance focus to everything related to partners — from recruitment and activation to ongoing performance management.
This role is critical to WEM’s long-term scalability. The right partner choices accelerate growth; the wrong ones damage reputation. You will play a decisive role in shaping WEM’s future.
This is not a corporate role. It’s a hands-on, high-impact position in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment where results matter.

Required Skills
- Highly energetic, entrepreneurial personality
- Experience in partner management or similar commercial roles
- Willingness to work in a high-performance scale-up environment
- Proven ability to activate, grow, and manage partner relationships
- Experience within low-code / no-code platforms
- Partner experience in SaaS scale-ups
- Existing network within Benelux partner ecosystems
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and onboard new partners
- Own and manage partner performance across:
- Sales
- Marketing
- Technical delivery
- Commercial commitment
- Set up, maintain, and enforce the partner program, including:
- KPIs
- Agreements
- Expectations and commitments
- Coordinate joint marketing and sales initiatives such as:
- Events
- Lead generation campaigns
- Co-marketing activities
- Maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners
- Act as escalation point for partner-related issues when needed
- Identify underperforming partners and intervene — or discontinue collaboration when required
- Bring structure to partner management through:
- Clear processes
- Reporting
- Follow-up and accountability
- Work closely with internal teams (sales, tech, marketing) that also interact with partners
- Explore opportunistic partner opportunities outside core regions (e.g. US)
