Their product combines a powerful Property Management System (PMS), a headless CMS, and an integration layer that connects bookings, operations, guest data, and third-party systems. Operating in around 14 countries, they focus on delivering one scalable, standardized platform without custom solutions per client.
About the role
Benefits
- Salary range €3,933 – €6,676 per month
- Hybrid working model (60% office / 40% remote, with engineers typically working more remote)

Required Skills
- 2+ years experience as Product Manager in a SaaS environment
- WO working and thinking level (strong preference)
- Experience with user research, journey mapping and wireframing (Figma)
- Strong analytical skills, data-driven mindset
- Ability to work with complex systems and technical stakeholders
- Strong English communication skills (company language)
- Living in or willing to commute to the Overijssel region (Enschede / Zwolle)
- Ability to work autonomously and take ownership
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct user research and translate insights into product opportunities
- Define and maintain product roadmaps in collaboration with engineers and designers
- Break down complex problems into clear epics, features and requirements
- Design user flows, wireframes and product concepts (Figma)
- Analyse product data to validate assumptions and improve decisions
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams on feasibility and delivery
- Align stakeholders across multiple countries and use cases
- Drive continuous improvement in user experience and platform scalability
- Ensure smooth delivery from discovery to release in fast release cycles
