Their product combines a powerful Property Management System (PMS), a headless CMS, and an integration layer that connects bookings, operations, guest data, and third-party systems. Operating in around 14 countries, they focus on delivering one scalable, standardized platform without custom solutions per client.

- Salary range €3,933 – €6,676 per month
- Hybrid working model (60% office / 40% remote, engineers often more remote)

Required Skills
- WO working and thinking level
- Minimum 3–5 years Product Management experience
- Experience with AI or ML-driven products
- Strong understanding of SaaS environments
- Ability to communicate with engineers on technical level
- Experience with experimentation and MVP development
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking
- Excellent English communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously in complex environments
- Affinity with software and product development
Key Responsibilities
- Define and lead the AI product vision across the platform
- Identify and validate AI use cases within the SaaS ecosystem
- Translate AI capabilities into scalable product features
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams on implementation
- Run experiments and MVPs to test AI-driven solutions
- Ensure alignment between AI strategy and business goals
- Work with stakeholders to prioritize AI initiatives
- Monitor product performance and iterate based on data
- Bridge the gap between technical AI potential and user value
