Required Skills
- 5–7 years of relevant experience in product ownership, preferably in B2B SaaS or scale-up environments
- Strong startup or scale-up experience
- Proven track record in product discovery, strategy, and development
- Ability to translate concepts into actionable products
- Strategic thinking and market-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience leading cross-functional teams
- English fluency required; Dutch is a plus
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product vision and roadmap in alignment with company strategy and customer needs
- Conduct product discovery to ensure the portal meets market requirements and user expectations
- Collaborate with customer success and technical teams to translate insights into product features
- Improve adoption and communication strategies for existing products
- Explore opportunities for new product development
- Lead cross-functional collaboration between development, ML engineers, and customer-facing teams
- Translate concepts into working products and refine workflows
- Monitor product performance metrics and make data-driven decisions
- Contribute to overall product strategy and long-term vision
