Required Skills
- 4+ jaar ervaring als Product Owner of Product Manager binnen B2B SaaS
- Vloeiend Nederlands en Engels
- Ervaring met klantinterviews en stakeholder management
- Sterk in het schrijven van user stories en acceptatiecriteria
- Begrip van software development, API’s en SaaS architectuur
- Ervaring met tools zoals Jira en Confluence
- Affiniteit met data analytics en product optimalisatie
- Comfortabel in een klantgerichte en commerciële omgeving
- Interesse in AI tools zoals ChatGPT, Claude of Gemini
- Pre: ervaring binnen logistiek, transport of compliance software
Key Responsibilities
- Uitvoeren van klantinterviews en valideren van productideeën
- Ondersteunen van sales in complexe deals als product expert
- Vertalen van productstrategie naar concrete user stories
- Beheren en structureren van de product backlog
- Prioriteren van sprints en optimaliseren van delivery
- Analyseren van productdata en gebruikersgedrag
- Doorvoeren van UX verbeteringen op basis van inzichten
- Bewaken van kwaliteit en business value binnen development
- Fungeren als schakel tussen klant, sales en development
