Required Skills
- Minimum HBO-level thinking and working
- 1–2 years of experience as a Scrum Master, preferably in a software development team
- Extensive knowledge of Scrum and Agile methodologies
- Experience with Jira and structuring backlogs, sprints, and reports
- Affinity with software development
- Experience with software testing is a plus
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and strong communication skills
- Energy and motivation to continuously improve processes and teams
Key Responsibilities
- Guide the development team in applying Agile/Scrum
- Bring structure to the development process (Jira, reports, goals)
- Organize stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
- Support testing activities and ensure software quality
- Work closely with the Product Owner and team manager
- Clearly define and professionalize roles and processes within the team
- Improve collaboration and increase predictability of releases
