About the role

Benefits

  • You will receive a competitive base salary of up to €5,000 per month, complemented by a performance-based bonus ranging between €2,000 and €4,000 per month.

Required Skills

  • 3+ years of experience as an Account Executive in B2B SaaS Mid-Market sales
  • Proven track record of consultative, outcome-based selling with strong business case building. 
  • Ability to navigate complex decision-making units and influence stakeholders, including C-level. 
  • Strong verbal and written communication in English and preferably Dutch
  • Affinity and comfort explaining AI and automation technologies in a clear, business-focused way. 
  • Experience selling into the transport or logistics sector is a plus but not mandatory. 

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Sales Ownership: Manage the full sales cycle for mid-market prospects, from initial outreach to contract signature. 
  • Consultative Selling: Build strong business cases with a focus on ROI, value, and AI-driven transformation. 
  • Stakeholder Management: Engage with key decision-makers across multiple functions (C-level, IT, Ops, HR). 
  • Market Expertise: Develop deep understanding of transport industry economics, compliance needs, and AI adoption. 
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing to generate and qualify leads, and with Customer Success to ensure smooth transitions and strong reference cases. 
  • Performance Metrics: Drive ARR growth, pipeline health, velocity, and conversion rates from demo to won deals.
