Required Skills
- Strong engineering fundamentals (algorithms, data structures, system design)
- Experience with backend development (preferably in C# / .NET)
- Solid understanding of concurrency, multithreading, and runtime behavior
- Experience with databases (SQL / relational systems)
- Familiarity with web protocols (HTTP, REST, APIs)
- Experience with scalable systems and distributed architecture
- Ability to work across the stack when needed (frontend exposure is a plus)
- Proactive mindset and strong ownership mentality
- Fluent in English
- EU work authorization required
Key Responsibilities
- Design and build scalable backend services for a complex multi-tenant platform
- Work on core runtime, APIs, and integration layers
- Ensure high performance, security, and reliability of the platform
- Contribute to frontend development when needed
- Collaborate closely with a small, senior engineering team
- Take ownership of technical decisions and architecture
- Optimize system performance and handle high-throughput workloads
- Contribute to platform evolution, including AI-driven features
- Think critically about trade-offs in scalability, memory, and performance
