About the role

Senior Frontend Developer

Introduction

WEM is an Amsterdam-based scale-up building a no-code enterprise platform used by governments and large organizations across Europe. Their technology enables companies to build and scale mission-critical applications without writing code — dramatically reducing time to market.

As a Senior Frontend Developer, you’ll work on one of the most complex browser-based environments out there: a visual modelling platform where users design entire applications through flowcharts, data models, and UI components.

You won’t be working with standard frameworks like React or Vue. Instead, you’ll contribute to a custom-built MVVM reactive framework in TypeScript. This role is perfect for engineers who deeply understand how frontend frameworks work under the hood and want to push the boundaries of what’s possible in the browser.
