Required Skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in an ICT-related field
- 3+ years of backend software engineering experience
- Strong experience with Node.js, TypeScript, and Express.js
- Solid understanding of backend architecture and system design
- Experience building scalable and distributed systems
- Familiarity with GitLab, Jira, and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with MySQL, MongoDB
- Strong focus on performance, reliability, and maintainability
Nice to have:
- Experience influencing technical direction
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools
- Knowledge of event-driven or message-based architectures
- Experience with Redis
- Experience with Google Cloud (Pub/Sub, Cloud Tasks, Cloud Run, Kubernetes)

- Design and build scalable backend systems for a high-scale SaaS platform
- Take ownership of backend components and APIs from design to monitoring
- Maintain and improve existing Node.js / TypeScript applications
- Ensure high standards of code quality, security, and performance
- Contribute to architectural decisions and technical strategy
- Evaluate new technologies and backend patterns
- Implement scalable and reliable distributed systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions
- Contribute to AI-powered development workflows
