RouteLogic, a growing logistics technology company, sought to expand their team by filling two critical roles: a Customer Success Manager and a Content Marketer. To tackle RouteLogic's challenges, Owlie implemented a targeted recruitment strategy. We focused on headhunting candidates who precisely matched the specific needs of each role, directly addressing geographic and skill-based challenges. We also launched job marketing campaigns, particularly in the Randstad region, to increase visibility among potential candidates. Additionally, our extensive job board attracted a diverse and qualified applicant pool, providing RouteLogic with a strong selection of candidates.

Owlie and Routelogic officially entered into a strategic partnership, laying the groundwork for a collaborative effort to meet Routelogic’s staffing needs.

Just a few days after the contract was signed, we began presenting qualified candidates to Routelogic on June 4th, and ultimately presented a total of 19 candidates.

The partnership between Owlie and Routelogic significantly improved staffing. Of the 19 candidates, 5 were interviewed, leading to 2 hires: a CSM and a Content Marketer.
