About the role

Required Skills

0-2 years of B2B sales or Account Executive experience, preferably in SaaS, marketplace, fintech, or tech-enabled services. Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets. Strong closing and negotiation skills. Experience managing a full sales cycle from prospecting to close. Comfortable using CRM systems and forecasting tools. Excellent communication skills in English; Danish or another Nordic language is a strong plus. Highly motivated, resilient, and commercially driven mindset. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced scale-up environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to signed deals. 

 - Build and manage a high-quality pipeline of prospects. 

 - Run product demos and consultative sales conversations. 

 - Identify client pain points and position Fresha’s platform as the solution. 

 - Negotiate commercial terms and close new business. 

 - Maintain accurate CRM data and sales forecasts. 

 - Collaborate with onboarding and customer success teams for smooth handovers. 

 - Consistently exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets. 

 - Track market trends and competitor activity in Denmark. 

 - Represent the brand with professionalism and energy.
