Account Executive

Introduction

We are looking for a driven and entrepreneurial Account Executive to join our growing European team. In this role, you own the entire sales cycle—from prospecting and qualification to closing and expansion.

You’ll play a key role in accelerating our growth across Europe, with a strong focus on SaaS solutions and customers operating in fleet and mobility environments. This is a high-impact position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, scale-up environment and enjoys building relationships, creating opportunities, and closing deals.

Required Skills

  • 3–6 years of experience in a commercial role (sales, business development, or similar)
  • Experience in a full-cycle Account Executive role
  • Experience in SaaS is strongly preferred
  • Affinity with fleet, mobility, automotive, or logistics is a strong plus
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Hands-on, proactive, and comfortable with outbound activities
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, scale-up environment
  • Fluent in English (additional European languages are a plus)

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle: from outbound prospecting to closing and expansion
  • Identify and engage new business opportunities across Europe
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline through outbound and inbound efforts
  • Run discovery calls, product demos, and commercial negotiations
  • Sell SaaS solutions to mid-market and enterprise clients
  • Engage with stakeholders in fleet, mobility, and operations environments
  • Develop long-term relationships with key decision-makers
  • Consistently meet and exceed revenue targets
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management in CRM
  • Contribute to the improvement of sales processes and go-to-market strategy
