Required Skills
- 3–6 years of experience in a commercial role (sales, business development, or similar)
- Experience in a full-cycle Account Executive role
- Experience in SaaS is strongly preferred
- Affinity with fleet, mobility, automotive, or logistics is a strong plus
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Hands-on, proactive, and comfortable with outbound activities
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, scale-up environment
- Fluent in English (additional European languages are a plus)
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle: from outbound prospecting to closing and expansion
- Identify and engage new business opportunities across Europe
- Build and manage a strong pipeline through outbound and inbound efforts
- Run discovery calls, product demos, and commercial negotiations
- Sell SaaS solutions to mid-market and enterprise clients
- Engage with stakeholders in fleet, mobility, and operations environments
- Develop long-term relationships with key decision-makers
- Consistently meet and exceed revenue targets
- Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management in CRM
- Contribute to the improvement of sales processes and go-to-market strategy
