Required Skills
- Een afgeronde HBO‑opleiding of hoger
- Ervaring met klantcontact en/of support
- Affiniteit met creditmanagement en/of financiële administratie en software
- Goede communicatieve vaardigheden, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk
- Klantgerichte, oplossingsgerichte en proactieve houding
Key Responsibilities
- Je begeleidt klanten bij de implementatie van onze softwareoplossingen voor creditmanagement.
- Je fungeert als changemanager, trainer en procesverbeteraar binnen klantprojecten.
- Je vertaalt klantwensen naar een optimale inrichting van de software.
- Je traint en begeleidt eindgebruikers in het gebruik van de applicatie.
- Je creëert draagvlak bij alle betrokkenen – van operationeel niveau tot directie.
- Je signaleert verbetermogelijkheden in processen en adviseert hierover proactief.
- Je werkt aan meerdere, uiteenlopende klantprojecten tegelijk.
- Je schakelt met collega’s van o.a. consultancy, support, IT en sales.
- Je zorgt ervoor dat implementaties soepel verlopen en klanten écht tevreden zijn.
