Required Skills
- Proven experience in field sales or business development
- Strong cold-calling and prospecting abilities
- Confident in managing the full sales cycle (from lead to close)
- Fluent in Dutch and English (French is a plus)
- Target-driven mindset with a hunter mentality
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Comfortable using CRM and sales tools (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Passion for the beauty, wellness, or tech industry
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential salon partners across the region
- Conduct field visits and product demos to showcase Treatwell’s platform
- Manage the full sales cycle — from prospecting and pitching to closing deals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new business clients
- Collaborate closely with marketing and customer success teams to ensure smooth onboarding
- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and activity goals
- Provide market insights and feedback to help improve Treatwell’s product and strategy
