Required Skills
- You are fluent in French or Spanish, both written and spoken (C2/native level)
- You are passionate about sales and have several years of relevant experience
- Cold calling doesn’t scare you – you thrive on it!
- You have a commercial mindset and enjoy helping businesses grow
- You work strategically and can connect the dots to define the best approaches
- You are confident working with systems, can read dashboards, and use data to make smart decisions
- You adapt well to change and are flexible in a dynamic environment
- You are entrepreneurial, able to prioritize, and work proactively
- Experience with HubSpot is a plus
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively reach out to potential partners through cold calling and other acquisition strategies (inbound & outbound) 📞
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, from first contact to ongoing collaboration
- Use data and dashboards to identify opportunities and market trends 📊
- Tailor your approach to different regions, industries, and client types
- Work with tools like HubSpot to keep your sales process efficient
- Adapt quickly to market changes and act on new opportunities
- Team up with the accountmanager to ensure partners get the best results from our leads

French-speaking sales profile
Native or fluent French-speaking candidates with proven commercial experience in outbound business development.
New business hunter
Profiles experienced in independently acquiring new clients or partners through proactive outreach and relationship building.
