Business Development Representative

As a BDR / SDR, you will be at the forefront of our expansion in Germany, connecting with restaurant owners, generating leads, and setting up opportunities for our sales team. Required Skills

  • Proven experience in sales
  • Strong communication skills, building trust quickly, especially over the phone
  • Fluent in German, B1 level English
  • Autonomous and self-driven
  • Resilient with a growth mindset
  • Curious and attentive to customer needs

Key Responsibilities

  • Research, identify, and prospect potential restaurant clients via calls, emails, social media, and networking
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule demo meetings for the sales team
  • Maintain accurate lead and opportunity data in CRM
  • Collaborate with marketing to refine lead generation strategies for Germany
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly activity and pipeline targets
  •  Share insights from prospects to influence product, sales, and marketing initiatives
  • Actively contribute to the team’s success and continuous improvement
