Zenchef provides restaurant management software to streamline operations and improve the customer experience by handling online reservations, table management, and in-house payments via QR codes. The platform helps restaurants reduce no-shows through automated guest communication, optimize table occupancy, and provide digital payment solutions, ultimately increasing efficiency and revenue.

Required Skills
- Proven experience in sales
- Strong communication skills, building trust quickly, especially over the phone
- Fluent in German, B1 level English
- Autonomous and self-driven
- Resilient with a growth mindset
- Curious and attentive to customer needs
Key Responsibilities
- Research, identify, and prospect potential restaurant clients via calls, emails, social media, and networking
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule demo meetings for the sales team
- Maintain accurate lead and opportunity data in CRM
- Collaborate with marketing to refine lead generation strategies for Germany
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly activity and pipeline targets
- Share insights from prospects to influence product, sales, and marketing initiatives
- Actively contribute to the team’s success and continuous improvement
